Chancerygate is an active buyer of unbroken, multi-let industrial estates across the UK. Our buying strategy focuses on assets with part voids, short income and refurbishment/redevelopment potential. The governing characteristic for purchases is the potential to add value in the short to medium-term through active asset management.

- Properties requiring significant capex and refurbishment.
- Estates which have medium term redevelopment potential for industrial or other uses.
- Corporate occupiers looking to dispose of their industrial properties but remain in occupation (sale and leasebacks).
